The location couldn't be any better, right in the center of the Cebu metropolitan area. Adjacent to the University of the Philippines, and walking distance to the Ayala Mall, makes the location ideal providing unlimited options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. There are three temples in the area of interest to visitors: 1) The Mormon Temple is within walking distance, its churches, manicured gardens, and golden angel providing a peaceful respite from the din of the city. 2) Seen prominently on the mountain is the elaborate Taoist Temple complex with it's brightly painted hillside pagodas and shrines with striking dragon designs and views over the city. 3) The third temple is the Temple of Leah, further over the mountain. Built in 2012, this elaborate Roman-style temple is dedicated to Leah Villa Albino-Adarna. Only a short taxi ride from the condo, you can see the 500 year old Basilica del Santo Niño and Magellan's Cross, the cross planted by the colonial explorer Ferdinand Magellan introducing Christianity to the Philippines. Also a short taxi ride away: - The new, massive SM Seaside City Cebu shopping mall. - Cebu's world class Ocean Park aquarium. - NUSTAR Resort & Casino
