You will have exclusive use of the entire double condo, so the space is all yours to relax and enjoy. As our guests, you are welcome to use the swimming pool. Please note that building management charges a ₱150 per person per day pool pass, which is paid directly to the property staff. The fitness center is officially reserved for long-term residents. However, guests are often allowed access, and we have rarely seen anyone turned away. Access is always subject to building management rules at the time of use. If you have any questions or need help during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to assist and make your stay comfortable.
